Who We Are
The Ukraine Future Business Council is a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to advancing free markets for the flourishing of the Ukrainian economy through constitutional and economic reforms and international investment into Ukrainian entrepreneurship.
Nick has been closely engaged with Ukraine and Georgia for over two decades, playing a significant role in the region’s economic development. His work spans capital markets, private sector growth, and cross-border investment.
Before founding the Ukraine Future Business Council, Nick led transformational efforts in the investment banking space. As CEO of BG Capital (the investment banking arm of Bank of Georgia, later Galt & Taggart), he positioned the firm as a regional leader in IPOs and private placements across Ukraine and Georgia between 2008 and 2011. Under his leadership, the firm was recognized by Euromoney as the Best Investment Bank in Central and Eastern Europe in 2010.
Nick’s contributions to the region’s business landscape have earned him consistent recognition. In 2012, he was featured on the Kyiv Post’s list of Ukraine’s Wealthiest and Most Influential Expats, and in 2016, he was named among the Top 25 Trailblazing Business Leaders in Ukraine.
Today, as the founder of the Ukraine Future Business Council, Nick focuses on strengthening Ukraine’s long-term economic resilience by fostering international partnerships, supporting institutional reforms, and amplifying the voice of responsible business in shaping the country's future.

Yulia is a proud Ukrainian native who has built her professional life and identity in Kyiv, where she has spent the majority of her career working across finance, private client services, and investment support. Deeply connected to Ukraine’s business landscape, she brings a unique local perspective shaped by firsthand experience of the country’s evolving economic environment.
Her work since 2014 at SP Capital Management has focused on supporting high-net-worth individuals through bespoke concierge and banking advisory services. Yulia played a key role in helping the firm expand into asset management by building lasting relationships with Ukrainian and international clients.
Prior to that, she held a senior client-facing role at Insignia, a leading European concierge company, where she managed high-profile accounts and consistently exceeded client expectations. Yulia’s professional roots, however, go back to Ukraine’s investment banking sector — starting in 2007 with positions at respected firms such as Concorde Capital and BG Capital.
